Information Coordinator/CAD Coordinator

Do you want to work on technology-intensive projects where you are the spider in the web, ensuring that information and drawings are handled correctly and efficiently? As an Information Coordinator/CAD Coordinator, you will combine structure, technology, and collaboration in a role that makes a difference throughout the project's lifecycle.

Your Role:

As an Information Coordinator/CAD Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that documentation and information are managed in a structured, traceable, and high-quality manner. You act as a coordinating link between project managers, technicians, and suppliers, ensuring that the flow of information runs smoothly.

In addition to information coordination, you will work practically with CAD tasks and data coordination, updating drawings and formalities in CAD programs (primarily AutoCAD 2D). You need to understand how drawings and metadata are updated and quality assured. The role also involves managing smaller projects independently, directing reviews, and contributing to final delivery and handover to management.

Examples of Tasks:

• Develop and follow up on information requirements, document plans, and timelines
• Coordinate information deliveries and reviews from suppliers
• Update drawings and formalities in AutoCAD 2D
• Ensure document structure and metadata
• Drive improvements in the client's information management processes
• Independently manage smaller projects and reviews

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of CAD experience (without formal education) or 2–3 years of experience with relevant education
• Experience in data coordination and updating drawings
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: YH CAD/Design, Architecture education, or similar
• Language: English
• Experience in similar roles (information coordinator, designer, CAD coordinator)
• Knowledge of the standard SS-EN 81346
